We are so used to the world telling us that trusting in self is the way to go... but God's way is so much better. We simply do.. but not in our own strength.. depending on Him.. trusting and in faith.. It takes humility to live this way.. which is why so many don't .. pride is our biggest hindrance to living in His will. But when we release the need for pride.. we rest.. in peace... which is priceless... True.. yes…. learning not to rely on the “flesh” is one of the hardest lessons.
We are so used to the world telling us that trusting in self is the way to go… but God’s way is so much better.
We simply do.. but not in our own strength.. depending on Him.. trusting and in faith..

It takes humility to live this way.. which is why so many don’t .. pride is our biggest hindrance to living in His will.
But when we release the need for pride.. we rest.. in peace… which is priceless…

Doesn't want us to succeed, be happy, stand in truth, or anything else in the light. I'm not good with specific scripture off the cuff, however to me, it's by God's Grace, and Holy Spirit that victory is assured, yet only when we relinquish to Him. Something I personally need to do daily. And am far from perfect in remembering to do, yet find great comfort in knowing. ha! it seems we know the same “someone”.
