Anxiety is just awful. It all starts with a wrong thought process that goes down the wrong road and can lead to getting paralyzed and hindered. I have been there before and I know how you feel.
The sermon at the end of the post is one I listen to and helps keep me on track. You can listen to it anytime you feel that you need a reminder of the truth.

Ultimately anxiety is putting our eyes on the circumstance instead of on the solution which is in God. He is a sovereign God and has not fallen off the throne nor will He ever fall off the throne despite what others may say.He has complete control of everything.

He doesn’t promise us that nothing bad will happen to us.
