You can get this effect by surrounding the panel and decorating with colorful balloons. My sister in law use red, yellow an blue. But you can also use the combination of red, yellow, and black. The stop lights can be made out of cardboard boxes.
Here’s a hot wheels favor idea. There are many other hotwheels favors that you can get here.
This party was for 2 brothers together. These gift boxes were wrapped in crepe paper and then their names were put on it.
Here’s the entrance way of the party. Even if you don’t have a really big party you can get racing flags and put it in the entrance way of your party.
If you’re doing a smaller party you can also use hot wheels posters for a wall decoration. You can get a poster here.
For a super cute cake you can place a hot wheels candle. Get one here.
Here the boys are making poses behind more favors. In this hotwheels party there were varied types of favors that were bought along with other supplies.

Time to blow out the candles. There lost of hot wheels plates for cake afterwords. You can get some plates here.

@BK They sure did! It’s so funny how boys just love cars ever since they are little and girls are into houses and dolls LOL. Kid’s parties are a big thing here in Brazil. I also love them because I feel like a kid when I decorate for them

Eren, I think making this a surprise will ease the boys much more. I always longed to have a hot wheels birthday party for my grand-kids just like your boys. Hope the champ had a wonderful time at the most important time of his year. I am wondering on how you managed to plan and execute it so flawlessly. How long did it take actually? Hours or days?

It actually takes quite a while to tell you the truth. If you have 5 months to plan a party like this you will be a lot less stressed out. If you have people that will come in and set it all up then you can plan and do it in 1 month- but you do need to hire the extra help for less time in planning.
Outsourcing and having a huge party to do list organized by a time table will relive a lot of the stress.

That’s quiet a long time to prepare. It sure is a huge party. With all the preparations and that kind of designs, it takes effort for that. Unfortunately, it can’t be done as a surprise. And if by chance, there’s a lot more things to be done.

Yeah it sure is a huge party but definitely worth having. For something this big it’s always good to plan ahead of time. that will take a lot of the last minute stress off.

That wall hanging was rented here in Brazil where I live. If you live in the U.S. I don’t know if they have those wall hangings for rent. But you can usually find smaller ones that you can buy.
