What happens when you start to feel down or stressed?
First of all some kind of thought came into your mind that got you discouraged and anxious….
The next thing that happened is that you actually believed that thought.
Then…. you started to feed that thought with more arguments.
Which in turn got you into a deeper state of confusion and sadness…

I wanted to share my watercolor painting with you.
This flower represents the inner state of flowing joy.
Yellow has a deep connection to joy.
We are like flowers of joy in this life. Having the flower floating in the river of water is a metaphor. The flower is not really guiding the way rather it is being taken to several different places by the waters of the river.

Release Certain Emotions
First of all, it’s very important to understand that everyone has sad moments. It’s a part of life and we need to accept those. But we don’t need to get stuck in the sad. If you feel that you are bottling up your feelings, then you should read this post on discovering the healing power of releasing your emotions and allowing yourself to cry. By releasing emotions on a regular basis you will be making room for happiness in your life.

I was trying to be all “adult like” and censored myself. After going through a lot of tough times, I’ve decided that life is too short to cut out of it what I truly like.
So I’m taking today which is the official Barbie Day to just say:
Yes, I’m a total Barbie fan.
There. I said it

Grief is an experience that changes us deeply.
After experiencing grief, our entire view on life changes. We can clearly feel the difference of how we were before and after it. Those events are like landmarks that forever change our inner most being.
Life looks, feels, and even tastes differently. There’s a saying that goes like this: “What doesn’t kill us can only make us stronger…”
That saying is true for some people but not everyone is able to understand how to get stronger after traumatic events. My hope is that this article can somehow shed some light to help those who are experiencing grief to move forward and overcome the place that they are at.

Sometimes sadness overwhelms us and even though we may be positive people, no idea seems to be able to get us out of that “sad space” at that moment. I have felt like this. When this happens, we can’t even think straight. And even though there are plenty of things that we love to do in our lives, at that moment nothing seems to be
appealing. Absolutely nothing.

(< < Whitney Houston performing On ABC's Good Morning America in NYC)
Watching Whitney Houston being interviewed by Oprah Winfrey was so inspiring to me and completely different from that infamous interview with Diane Sawyer.
Honestly when I watched Whitney being interviewed by Diane Sawyer several years ago, my vision of Whitney shattered and I was completely disappointed.
