That website is not situated in the U.S. so there may be problems with shipping the panels to you. I know that it's very hard to find that kind of panel in the U.S. I rented my panels here in Brazil. Maybe you can get big paper panels for classrooms and use them for the birthday party. I suggest getting those teaching panels and putting glitter on them so that the effect is similar =). I put a cheap blue cloth then I taped shiny paper over it then I pinned the big Styrofoam dalmatians that I rented from an artist on top of all of that. When they are made of Styrofoam it is easier for them not to fall off of the wall because they aren't so heavy. I live in Brazil. Maybe you can find big dalmatian wall decorations there in the U. S. and put them up with transparent tape on top of the shiny paper and therefore get a similar effect. Or maybe you can get some dalmatian posters and put glitter on them and then put them on a blue shiny background.
