These are pictures of my awesome cousin who has lost sooo much weight. I’m so proud of her. She’s a true winner.
Many people ask me how I keep my motivation high to stay on my diet and also to exercise. I do several things. I read a lot of motivational fitness blogs. This keeps my mental state exactly where it needs to be.
I also watch a variety of different programs with exercise routines. Here are some of my favorite workout dvds for women all together in one pinterest board created by the awesome Flavia Del Monte. She has a variety of Circuit and HIT workouts that really make a difference in toning your body and getting rid of that extra fat.
Once my mind is inspired to start moving, I know that it just needs a little bit more of a push. So I pick one of the songs from my hyper excited music that empowers me pinterest board and turn it on while watching a workout DVD. Music can really get us into the mood and I simply don’t know what I would do without it :D.
