What happens when you start to feel down or stressed?
First of all some kind of thought came into your mind that got you discouraged and anxious….
The next thing that happened is that you actually believed that thought.
Then…. you started to feed that thought with more arguments.
Which in turn got you into a deeper state of confusion and sadness…
Next thing you know…
You find yourself there in that deep mudhole.
