Kids pajama party games, activities, invitation ideas, preschool invitations & food for pajama parties

Important tips to Plan the Best Pajama Party

Kids get really excited about having a pajama party.
It’s a totally new experience for them to actually sleep over at a friend’s house together with their friends. It’s such a memorable time.
This idea is better if your kid has already turned 6 years old.

Ask for help
If you can spare the time, it’s definitely worth having a pajama party, but it’s a lot more work to have one. The ideal situation is to have at least one other adult helping you. (The more friends helping the better.) There’s a lot of responsibility involved since there are other children there. See if another mom or a close friend or relative of yours can come over and help.

How to decorate kids party balloons – tools & supplies to make the best balloon decoration ever

Using Balloons to Decorate Your Kids’ Party, Baby Shower or any festive event

Making balloons less of a hassle
Balloons are soooo pretty……. yet so time consuming! If you really want to make balloon decoration less stressful then just hire a professional balloon decorator. If you can’t spend the extra money but still want to make it less stressful then just follow these awesome tips that I have put together.
Plan ahead
Balloons have been the cause of stress in many of the parties I have thrown. I’d be “freaking out” worrying if they would be ready on time. Until I finally got an idea so that I wouldn’t have to worry about them on the actual day of my party: fill them up the day before the party!
I was worried about them losing air before the party started and guess what? They don’t lose the air. You just have to be sure not to leave any balloons on the floor. Make sure you fill and hang them up (out of reach) the afternoon or night before the party. Not only will this prevent them from popping but this will also make it hard for them to be a chocking hazard for the younger kids.

Biblical Christian baby name meaning – choosing Bible names that will be a blessing for your baby

What is the best way for a Christian to choose a baby’s name?
Your baby’s name will be a huge part of their lives. It will help shape how they see themselves and also how others perceive them.
We find in God’s Word that names do have meaning. While reading biblical stories you’ll discover that some of the characters in the stories have certain personalities and actions that are closely related to their names. This is not a coincidence. In many cases their names were prophetic. In God’s sovereignty their names matched who they were or who they would become.

Alternative wedding invitation ideas & tips – choosing invitations while saving you money

Email wedding invitations: the frugal alternative
With the advancement of technology a great alternative to traditional printed out invitations are email invitations. Of course if your wedding is going to be a big event the most elegant choice would be to send a printed out invitation and use email only as a reminder. But if you’re having a simpler wedding an email invitation is a great alternative that saves you money. There are beautiful email invitation templates out there that can be used.
Email invitations are also great for finding out quickly who will be able to come and who will not. That way you can also save money by not ordering more food than will be needed. The guest simply clicks the reply button in the email and answers if they will be able to attend or not.
Email can also be used as a reminder for special announcements and to send the guests to your online wedding website.

How to organize office files and end office clutter

Do you know how to find the best place for your bills and organize office files to prevent cluttered piles of mess?

Where in the world did I put that bill??? Is this a question you find yourself asking? Not finding an important paper is the one thing that would always get me stressed out.

I’d start running around the room like a chicken with her head cut off. It would make things even worse if “it was just in my hand a few moments ago”. The whole situation really got on my nerves.

The strange thing is that even though this was always happening to me, I actually did have a place to put my bills and office files. But “for some reason” I just wasn’t using the areas that I had separated for that.

The bills and various papers in my life ended up under the bed, behind the sofa, inside my notebooks.… You get the picture. What was I doing wrong? Why couldn’t I organize and get things to run smoothly?

Christian Children’s Story: The arrival of Johnny’s Baby Brother

“Come on Johnny! Put your shoes on. We’re going to the hospital- mommy is going to have a baby!” said Daddy.
Johnny hurried to put on his shoes while thinking of all of the things he would do with his baby brother. For months he had been thinking what it would be like to look into his baby brother’s face. He had even drawn a picture of he and his brother as gift to give him when he was born. That day was finally here! Time to see the baby!
